Hello, world

✦ TL;DRbetaAI-generated summary of this post

This is it. The site is alive.

I have wanted a place of my own for a long time, somewhere that is not a feed and not tied to any one company. This is that place. It is small and a little rough right now, and that is fine. I would rather have it up and improve it in the open than polish it forever in private.

What this site is

gyorgy.sh is my personal blog and notebook, separate from the studio work I do at pueev. It is for the hands-on, lower-level things that do not belong on a company site: code I am writing, tools I am leaning on, and research I am chewing through.

What I plan to write about

The plan, loosely:

  • Software I am building and breaking. Short devlogs on whatever I am working on, the dead ends included.
  • Tips and tricks I keep relearning. Practical fixes written down so I stop forgetting them, like taming macOS Wi-Fi latency for cloud gaming.
  • AI research. Notes as I go, not polished papers after the fact.
  • The occasional detour that has nothing to do with work.

No schedule, no grand roadmap. I will write when I have something worth saying, and I will edit these early posts as the site takes shape.

By the way, the site itself is built on a small self-hosted stack with no trackers and no page builder. If that is your thing, I will write that up too.

echo "hello, world" && curl -sI https://gyorgy.sh | head -1

More soon.
